I am looking for a professional to discuss the planning for a mortgage and the building of credit. any advice?

Beth asked:

I guess what I wanrt to differentiate from is someone like a financial advisor, who is there to advise on different investments and such. I simply want to sit down and talk to someone who will help me make a plan on what to do with my current mortgage, how to use the equity I have there and continue on.

I found a site (www.trusted-mortgage-advice.com) that offers mortgage advice from people who are not financial advisors or mortgage brokers. They have a bunch of free advice on the site but they also offer more specific consultations if you like for a small fee. In any case it’s cheaper than a mortgage broker.
