What are the general terms of an Ameriprise contract? If I begin the financial planning, when can I end the agreement? Is it a year or is the agreement automatically renewed?

    The best and easiest way is to talk/meet with your financial advisor. If he shows you the agreement (which you signed) get a copy of it and read it. The fine print will tell you.

    Call Ameriprise and ask them. It’s virtually impossible for us to know what the fine print is on the contract you signed.
